Perfect vintage, southern style beach house - renovated three bedroom, three bathroom home with large back porch, open living spaces, comfortable furnishings, ceiling fans, fireplace, and relaxing atmosphere. Wonderful home for family gatherings, golfers, or anyone for that matter! This home is easy to rent and close to the many amenities on Kiawah Island. Not only that but as a renter staying at this particular home you receive the Kiawah Island Resort benefits which include: discounted golf (including the Ocean Course) and tennis, use of Night Heron Pool, and advanced tee times. We will be more than happy to coordinate golf tee times, set up real estate tours, and help out in any way possible to make your stay memorable. We are pet friendly as well!
