What a GREAT location! Walk less than five minutes to the new gondola-The Breck Connect and you are on your way up to the slopes! This historic home was completely renovated in 2003 and features a modern kitchen, living room with fireplace, a master suite, and a guest room and bath. Marvelous ski area views from the large deck with private hot tub. Walk out on the deck and down a flight of stairs to the lower garage apartment. It is a large studio set up bright and new with bunkstyle sleeping with a single bed on top and double on bottom, and a separate sleeper sofabed.The garage apartment also has a small kitchen. Both kitchens (main house and garage apartment) are well equipped - perfect for quick snacks or gourmet meals. All bedrooms have TVs and DVD or VCR. The living room has large TV with surround sound. High Speed Internet Connection.
