This cozy, comfortable and unique condo is located within the small, quaint, and quiet Kona Riviera Villas complex. The complex is located on Alii Drive (the ocean drive from the village of Kailua-Kona to the small community of Keauhou). This unit (Number 201) is in the first (oceanfront) building, on the upper level, and has unobstructed, gorgeous ocean views from every room. There are only 4 units located in this oceanfront building at the Villas.

Sit on your very own, private lanai which is direct oceanfront and watch the dolphins and whales frolic in the ocean; relax on the living room sofa looking out at the beautiful Kona sunsets; cook your favorite meal in the lovely recently updated kitchen while looking out at the serene ocean; lie in bed while peacefully dreaming of paradise and watching the ocean tides. If you love the ocean, enjoy peace and quiet, and appreciate a location that has a beachy character, this place is for you. Feel the ocean breezes and fresh salt air every day of your vacation.
