The Resort Area is in the Salt Ponds area which is across from the board walk. This area offers breathtaking views of the SUNSETS AND SUNRISES depending on the time of the year. With romantic walks along the beach and with in the Resort area itself, there are walking trails, bridges over ponds, gazebo's with a lot of romantic settings. This is a central location that with in a minute or two from most every attraction in Key West. Key West night life is just around the corner with an array of attractions to satisfy every age like: Duvall Street nightlife, fine dinning and local favorites, Sport fishing, Peer Fishing, Sunset Cruises, Historical Sites and Tours, Musuems, and aret Galleries are all around us. Notes: There is a beautiful patio with an electric charcoal barbeque grill for nice cook outs. The out door pool is very nice and built like three circles and is seldom used so its almost like a private pool. The pool has a large amount of outdoor furniture with loungers, chairs, and tables to eat at. There is a men's and women's restroom at the pool with refrigerated water. The Jacuzzi is enclosed in glass blocks for added privacy and is very spacious and relaxing. The pool lounging area has palm trees for some shady area's but most of the area has full sun for all day tanning. We have never had smokers at this property and request that if you are a smoker that you use only outdoor facilities. The furniture is very comfortable with swivel rocker and twin recliner sleepers. The couch has a queen size bed that has seldom ever been used and is very comfortable. There are ceiling fans in each room for added comfort. There are fast food restaurants all around as well as local favorites.

Exquisite? NO WAY, DON

Condo was way back in a condo development, had veritcal blinds in LR that were broke and missing several pieces (unable to open/close, patio grill was never cleaned, 13" tv with no VCR in spare BR, Master BR had 19" tv with a DVD player that wasn't compatible with tv, LR had 20" tv with VCR tapes on Keys but no VCR, furniture you sunk in, beds were older than my grandmother, condo was dirty, no beautiful scenery as stated ( you looked out and saw another condo and airport), was told by maintenance that condo was not to be rented out on weekly basis, kitchen had only 3 bar stools, fridge made noises and shelving fell out if you used the sides, had to drive to Smathers beach (too long of a walk with kids), which was full of seaweed and unable to swim. Duvall Street was 3 miles away, not within walking distance as stated.There is absolutely nothing good I can say about this condo except after the 2nd day we left 5 days early and the owner did return our money. Worst vacation we ever had.
