LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION!!!!! Located on FAMOUS 'Highway 30A'.... You can just ride your bike to world renown SEASIDE or the quaint town of GRAYTON BEACH and stop in at the Red Bar for Food and Fun!!! Hang out with the Locals! You are close enough to enjoy all the fun nearby, such as Live Theater in Seaside, Concerts at the Amphitheater, Festivals and so much more! Not to be missed is the Jazz Fest at Pier Park in the summer! This cute 2 Bedroom, 2 and ½ Bath Bermuda bungalow decorated with tropical colors is located in Sea Bluff Condominiums, a Gulf front complex which is the highest point on the Gulf. Beautiful views from the top of our walkway are the best on 30-A. You'll enjoy being on the pool side and only steps away from the beach. Sit on your back porch form the living room or Master Suite and enjoy the view of the Pool area. Due to County Restrictions on building heights in Walton Co., traffic and beach density are at a minimum.
