This uniquely spacious, open floor plan home sits on a 1/4 acre of beautifully landscaped property in one of Palm Springs oldest,and most desirable neighborhoods. Tucked away on a quiet street, this home boasts a beautiful backdrop of the San Jacinto Mountains, nice size pool, spa, built in BBQ, 3 TVs, CD, DVD, WI-FI, in addition to a second stereo, CD, and speakers for the outside areas. Just minutes away from jogging trails, golf, mountain climbing, tennis, Palm Springs International airport, downtown shopping, and nightlife. An outside sitting area is nestled under the covered porch, complete with a cooling misting system that beats the heat in the afternoon or evening. Outdoor covered dining area with seating for 6 is reserved for you, for poolside dining.

We enjoyed our stay. Everthing we could need was there. The house was clean and well equipped. The pool and hot tub were what we needed to relax. The yard is very private. We will stay again in the near future.

Perfect home for a gateway!! This house is very clean and nice. Both beedrooms are big and have a door that leads you to the backyard along w/ a new TV in each room. Everything was kept good and very clean. It was very easy for us to get confortable and "feel like home". Tte owners were very helpful and nice. I loved this place!!!
