Second floor loft/play area with TV and Playstation 2. Separate laundry room with washer/dryer. Central air and heat, dishwasher, microwave, 4 color cable TVs, 2 VCRs, 2 DVD players, stereo with CD player, iPod docking station, 4 telephones, answering machine, wireless high-speed Internet access, gas fireplace, wet bar with icemaker and mini refrigerator, water softener, ceiling fans throughout. Beautifully furnished; hardwood floors in living area and kitchen. Covered and open decks with porch furniture, gas grill, carport, garage, enclosed hot/cold outside shower, beachside shower. Boardwalk to the beach with dune deck. Weekly only. No smoking. No pets. 6709 Ocean Drive.
