Are you looking for that perfect location for a family vacation? Come and stay at our beautiful 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath townhome/condo in the much requested Terra Verde Resort (Kissimmee). We are located 10 minutes from Disney World, yet this beautiful resort is tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the parks.
After your exciting day in the Kissimmee/Orlando area you can come back and relax in our 3 bedroom 2.5 bath townhome. We have a full kitchen consisting of high quality appliances, full size washer and dryer, a warm inviting living area to relax and watch tv (4 home tv's total). The condo includes movies for each age group and board games/books to enjoy with the kids. A Nintendo Gamecube system with 10 different games! Linens and towels for home and pool use. For those cool evenings or to simply unwind after a long day, relax in private hot tub on the back patio and get re-energized for the next day's activities! Our patio backs up to the expansive nature preserve so privacy and scenery are yours to enjoy!
There are so many things to do within the Terra Verde resort you may find yourself taking a break from a day at the parks to enjoy all we have to offer. The stunningly beautiful clubhouse with concierge services, wireless internet within and around the clubhouse area, ATM machine, restaurant guides, spa, conference room, arcade/game room, cardio/weight gym will entice you to stay awhile. Other amenities include the large heated walk-in swimming pool, hot tub, volleyball, basketball court, kids playland, etc. Our home is just a short walk to all these amenities within the resort!
Our beautiful condo/townhome (your home away from home) is located in the 'golden triangle' meaning you are close to Disney World as well as Universal Studios, International Drive, Sea World, the airport and the Orlando Florida Mall. If you want a day at the beach, famed Cocoa Beach is only a 45 minute drive and has many public beaches available to you for free. There are numerous restaurants, grocery stores and shopping all within 10 minutes from the resort!
Our family (Mike, Cindy and 4 kids) enjoy this resort and especially our condo/townhome. When we looked at all the resorts in the area Terra Verde rose to the top of the list for obvious reasons! We feel very blessed to be able to offer you 'our home away from home' for your family to enjoy. 'We had a wonderful stay and Cindy & Mike's Townhome in Terra Verde. The townhome was exactly as described ... immaculate, roomy and had all the necessities you could need. Mike even arranged for us to have a pack n play and high chair for our 1 yr old grandson. The hot tub on the patio was a nice retreat when our grandson was napping. The resort was just as clean and well kept as the townhome. We have stayed at several resorts in this area the past 6 yrs and this was the most well maintained by far.'

We loved the books and videos within the townhome. Everything was so family oriented there. We really enjoyed having a full kitchen and laundry within the home. We loved everything about your getaway townhome and the resort's clubhouse ammenities.
