Our stay was absolutely delightful. The property is well maintained and clean. All the amenities and layout are as described. Wow! This home has a built-in sauna!And a gourmet kitchen! Nicely decorated. We were not far from good shopping and restaurants. The owner is friendly and kind. An excellent choice for a quiet getaway with all the luxuries of home. We will be back.

Peaceful retreat

Where to begin? The hospitality and attention to our needs however great or small is what stands out as I reflect back to our time at the Seahorse. Immediately, upon our arrival,we were greeted by warmth and a genuineness that made us feel like we were long lost friends versus first time vacationers. The house was incredible and exactly as described. My favorite room was the kitchen, my father's the great room, specifically the large screened TV, and my son, the hot tub and jacuzzi! It was easy to get to the beaches, parks, and Starbucks!

As far as customer service, there was no need was too great (recommendation for car repair) or too small (how does the sound system work again?). Jeremiah and his family were immediately available to assist with anything that came up.

The Seahorse is a refreshing and restful retreat. My next vacation can't get here soon enough.

Awesome vacation! The home was very clean and comfortable. There is a lot more living space then suggested in the photos. Our teenagers appreciated the intercom system when awakening them for breakfast. The owners were very friendly and helpful with suggesting activities. Lots to do in the area. Having the hot tub and pool was a plus after a busy day out. I would definitely recommend this home! WE LOVED IT!
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Pet-friendly, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children

I can't say enough about this property and it's owners!!
My family and I were moving from Ohio to Virginia. Because of "Sandy" hitting on the same day as our closing, we had nowhere to stay.
I was looking into different options (hotel/vacation home), and came across this magnificient home.
The owners were sooo kind, making many allowances for my family and our pets!! I know God put us in touch with them in our time of need!!
The small details in this house are unbelievable, there is a ton of room, lots of things to keep little ones busy, every pot/kitchen utensil you can think of, and wonderful soft beds and pillows.
I has a working fireplace in the living room, sauna, hot tub, steam shower, swimming pool, grill, and a tub big enough to swim in- my grankids love it!!
Jeremiah met us when we got there, and was sooo friendly.

The Seahorse at Sandbridge was absolutely amazing. It is an incredibly gorgeous property with everything you could ask for in a vacation rental. I loved the spacious feel of the home and well cared for amenities. There is an abundance of everything; sauna, whirlpool, a complete kitchen, books, dvds, open space, plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. Located less than two miles from shopping and dining and close to the beach while still offering you privacy and solitude. The beautiful horses were just an added bonus.
