Set on 9 acres of conservation land on a marsh, the house was built circa 1800. Put kayaks in and paddle out to Lieutenant's Island, bike to nearby Marconi or Lecount Hollow Beaches, or relax and watch the sun set over the marsh. Wander down to the secret garden and harvest high-bush blueberries or watch cardinals, gold finches, blue jays, orioles and chickadees at the bird feeders. Walk down the road to Lieutenant's Island bridge and jump in at high tide. Minutes from town, ponds and beaches. A well-preserved slice of the way Cape Cod used to be.
