My Stay at the Cottage by the Tobie Hole

Eed Bradenton,Fl, USA
Review Submitted: October 14, 2009 Date of Stay: August 2009
The Listing for this Cottage was accurate and we found the property to be exceptionally clean, completely remodeled inside
and with every convience even including a wall mounted HDTV in
the living .room! Especially nice was a long back deck extending
over a creek! Then across the road was a waterfall and swiming
hole with a nice new stairway and deck leading down to the water!
The owner provided every possible need in the kitchen - even
to include some cooking supplies. All the furnishings were new too!
I would recommend this place to a friend and plan to return my-
self if at all possible! We found plenty to do in the vicinity and
enjoyed sightseeing in NC, Tenn and even Va.! This place is located
in a mountain valley in a very beautiful area no matter which
direction you choose to go!!!!!!!

Delightful Toobie Hole Cottage

Ned & Sandee Savannah, Georgia USA
Review Submitted: August 18, 2009 Date of Stay: April 2005
My husband & I spent 3 delightful months in this charming cottage this summer while finishing our own cabin nearby. The Toobie Hole cottage is well thought out & seems much bigger than a 'cottage'. The farm kitchen/dining area is large, bright & cheerful. The living area is large & open giving the feel of a much larger home. The open feel continues into a large central hallway that is the hub of the house. The 3 bedrooms are well appointed & just exactly as pictured. The single bath is spacious as well & sparkles with new white ceramic tile. The yard is something else! New flowers bloomed every week & the huge deck in the back of the house is to die for! the creek runs right under it. From the deck you can look at the nearby waterfall, the fish pond & Roan Mountain. There isn't a bad view. We would heartily recommend the Toobie Hole Cottage to anyone who wants to be centrally located in western NC & eastern Tenn. It is within an hour's drive of everything yet you do not have to stay in a 'tourist area'. Every amentiy you can think of has been thoughtfully provided ..... & then some! We think you will love it too.
