This is a large 4 bedroom house in East Brewster. Located north of Route 6a, it is within walking distance to Crosby Landing Beach, Nickerson State Park and the Cape Cod Bike Trail. The house has a screened porch with a BBQ gas grill and a patio table. Ceiling fans through out. Two bedrooms have a private bath and one has a shared bath. Three full baths and two half baths. Beach is about 1/3 mile from house.

The house is located a several minute drive from the 36 hole Captains' Golf Course, Ocean Edge Resort, Cape Cod Museum of Natural History and New England Fire and History Museum.
