Wonderful AND Affordable!

The minute I spoke with Mete, the owner, he was very attentive and helpful to my needs, and he remained that way through my stay. The condo is perfectly situated in the white mountains, and is really in the middle of everything. There is internet access in the building, a wonderful activities room, and a great pool and hot tub. The best part for me was the gorgeous view from the condo, and a river running just steps from the balcony (you can hear it). There is a grocery store just a minute from the condo, and many attractions within miles.
I was very pleased with my stay, and will definitely rent again in the future.
As if all of that weren't enough, my mother discovered shortly after we left the condo that she had lost her very valuable diamond necklace. She was doubtful that she had left it at the condo, but I located Mete just in case. Not only did Mete respond to my email within minutes, he contacted the condo, located the necklace, and sent it to my mother in Iowa within days! I was so grateful and pleased, and really can't speak highly enough of the condo, the professionalism with which Mete showed me, and the beautiful location. And to top it all off, the price is amazing. You will enjoy your stay.

We spent a great few days in the suite and the pictures are all what they appear to be on the website. The suite is immaculately maintained and has everything you could need for short or long term stays. We were able to relax in beautiful surroundings with a postcard-like view and yet walk to everything we wanted.The accommodations are above average and the owner thought of everything for the comfort of his guests. Perfect place to call 'home' for a while. Plenty of space--good sized rooms and fully equipped kitchen.However, what made our stay most memorable was the way in which the owner, Mete, was so professional, friendly and accommodating. Thanks Mete for your warm hospitality and for your part in making our vacation great.

Beautiful Fall Getaway Weekend

What a wonderful experience from start to finish! The owner was truly a pleasure to deal with and everything promised was delivered and then some. Very impressed with the speed that our security deposit was returned (within days) as this has not always been our experience elsewhere. As for the accomodations, couldn't have asked for a cleaner, well appointed space. Truly appreciated having the kitchen area which was well stocked with dishes and cooking utensils. The beds were comfortable, even the murphy bed which my daughter enjoyed the novelty of. My husband enjoyed the jacuzi tub in the master bath as well. Perfectly located, enjoyed going up the loon mountain gondola and exploring the caves and trails at the top, plenty of local shops and restraunts without being overly commercialized. Can't wait to go back.

Spotless kitchen, super fresh bed linens and towels. This condo was a cozy home away from home at a great price. The owner was a pleasure to deal with from my first inquiry right down to keeping his word on every detail about the condo. The location is convenient to all the local attractions and conveniences. We enjoyed breakfast out 5 minutes from the condo at Flapjacks and loved the luxury of having the full kitchen for a casual meal and snacks throughout our vacation. The option to stay "home" and just relax in a place you feel so comfortable is a big plus. Our stay was just for the two of us but the condo easily accomodates the advertised six. The grounds are safe and secure. The view from the balcony, living area and bedrooms is beautiful. This was truly "a find" and we will be back!

SIMPLY THE BEST DEAL

My family had a great time and the rooms and accomodations were great, you can't beat the location it's not a far ride to wherever you want to go,we went to Whales tale,Weirs beach,shopping in North Conway and didn't have to drive more than a half hour at a time and the view of the mountains while your driving is incredible.
