Book your getaway to this beautifully decorated pet friendly split lakefront home. With 3 bedrooms, each with its own view of the lake, 2 1/2 baths, fully equipped stainless steel kitchen with gas cooktop, separate dining room and living room with cozy sectional sofa, window seat and flat screen TV over gas fireplace, this house is designed for your complete comfort. A new six person hot tub is also just steps from your back door in a private yard with a perfect view of the lake. The back yard also has a gas grill, picnic table, Adirondack chairs and fire pit. The house also has a large, two car garage to provide warm and convenient interior access to the house. Perfectly situated between major ski resorts and directly across from the lake, you are 15 to 20 minutes from Squaw Valley and Alpine Meadows on one side and Northstar and Mt. Rose on the other. There are even shuttles available from some of the resorts to pick you up practically at your front door.

The master bedroom has a king-size bed with private deck and firepit as well as a private bathroom and dressing area. There are two other bedrooms, one with queen size 4 poster bed and one with two twin beds (which can be converted into a king). There is also a memory foam queen inflatable mattress if you require extra sleeping space (we do allow 2 children in addition to 6 adults). The front deck provides an extensive view of the lake and is equipped with a dining table and two rocking chairs. The deck is also completely fenced and gated to protect your children and pets.

The kitchen is fully equipped for all your holiday needs including a Cuisinart, blender, Calphalon cookware, bakeware including pie plates and rolling pin as well as table settings to accommodate up to 12 guests for dinner. The stainless steel kitchen appliances include a gas cooktop, two extra large ovens and a french door refrigerator (there is also an extra fridge in the garage for overflow groceries). This home is also near major golf courses, shopping, dining and casino entertainment.
