We live on Hilton Head Island, which is only 45 Minutes from Downtown Savannah, so this was an ideal second home location for us. We love visiting on weekends and walking to the nearby parks, squares, restaurants, shops, and museums that are so close to our condo.
We really enjoy the waterfront view and watching all of the boats and huge container ships pass by on the Savannah River. It is also great fun sitting on the balcony and watching the people and activities on River Street. We also really love being able to walk to our favorite restaurants, local art galleries, coffee shops, and museums in the Historic District..

Thank you Ryan for sharing! Your space was convient, wonderful for watching the ships (even saw dolphins leading a ship!) and beautifully decorated. It was a great trip celebrating my husbands birthday!
This was our 3rd stay at Ryan's lovely condo. Obviously we LOVE it and dealing with him is so very easy. His response time is immediate and all the extra touches that he has in the condo from coffee to sample shampoo and lotion are wonderful. The view and people watching from the balcony are one of our favorite things to do. The restaurants and bars are all within walking distance. We get a parking permit , park the car and forget about it until we leave. The master bath is huge and luxurious . There is a full sized washer and dryer if you need them. There are books for rainy days. If you could make perfection any better it would be to put a King bed in the master. We love this condo and will be back to visit one of our favorite cities in such a cozy and charming condo.
This home was the perfect place to stay to see historic Savannah. Ryan gave great directions to the home and how to obtain a parking pass. We parked our truck in the lot and either walked or rode on the trolley for the four days we were there. My husband and I spent our 30th anniversary in Ryan's home and it was so nice to watch the ships go by on the river and listen to the night life. We were serenaded each night by a local sax player down on the river which added to the overall enjoyment of the river. We would defiantly stay in Ryan's home again.
Location,location,location!!! Condo was beautifully renovated, very open and had all the necessities. Only negatives were small balcony (could use a small table) and parking was a challenge. But the charm and location made up for that. We enjoyed having a glass of wine and watching the activity on River St and the big ships go by in the evenings. You could walk to almost anywhere. Lots of restaurants and bars nearby. Ryan even called us to let us know housekeepers were done early so we could check in early - very thoughtful. Will definitely rent this condo again on our next trip to Savannah. Thanks Ryan for everything.

Savannah City Market two blocks away, Ellis Square, Paula Deen's Lady & Son's Restaurant - two blocks away, Gift Shops, Coffee Shops, Savannah Hotels, Bars, Savannah River Boat Tours, Savannah Trolley Tours, The Chart House is just a few doors away, Ruth's Chris Steak House and Five Guy's Burgers just across Bay Street. This is a great location with everything nearby.
