The house has four large bedrooms; the masterbedroom has a private deck and bath with steam room and jacuzzi tub; there are two other full baths and an outdoor hot shower; This new house offers ( 3200 ft2) spacious open floor plan for your family and guests; A fully appointed kitchen has a large breakfast island, a back deck for grilling, living room views of the pond opening to a wrap around deck with a dining table for sunset dinners; This, in addition to a formal dining room with panoramic views, a piano room and a kids playroom, all with gorgeous views. The property is within short walking distance to the New Seabury Marketplace, the Popponesset community center, and a short drive to Mashpee Commons( shopping, food & cinema). This is a four season getaway home available for rent all year.

Poponesett is a strip of beach property along the coastline of Mashpee on Cape Cod. It is very close to Boston at 77 miles via Bourne or Sagamore Bridges ( 1hour 15 minute drive) along exit 2 after crossing the Cape Cod Canal; It is a beach paradise in itself but also a wonderful starting ground for numerous day trips on the cape and islands. Within walking distance are the 'spit' and a bird sanctuary, the Marketplace with a band on weekends and miniature golf, ice cream and pizza places and shops.It is an easy drive down to Provincetown, and 15 minutes to ferry boats from Woods Hole, Hyannis, and Falmouth en route to Martha's Vineyard and Nantucket Islands; Innumerable activities on the ocean and on land are accessible and affordable.
