There is option to receive deposits at departure time, including the usual cleaning fee.
The kitchen is very well equipped with fine appliances, including a dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, ice-maker, blender and toaster oven. There is a full-sized washer/dryer within the unit itself. Cable TV, DVD and VHS players are included. The MBr has a king bed and the second bedroom has both a single along with a queen. The LR has a double sofa-bed. There are two full bathrooms.
There are plenty of parking spaces on the premises, some under-cover. We are located just a couple blocks to the south of the 'boardwalk' area. Our beach is especially nice.
Located close to waterways, golf courses, historic Wilmington (North Carolina) and Cape Fear. The Island has two boat launch ramps and a State park.
We protect the quality of the environment by NOT allowing pets nor smoking indoors. We can assist you with rental of infant furniture, towels, and linens, if needed.
Prime season rentals usually require a minimum weekly stay; while other periods can be rented for three days or more. Our rental cycle is Saturday to Saturday. Off-season rates are available; please call or email.
