Beautiful custom home in Seacrest Beach. Home was designed and built by a longtime yacht captain to capture the nautical seafaring heritage of the area. Located adjacent to Rosemary Beaches dining and shopping opportunities and a short walk or tram service to the gulf beach of magnificent lagoon pool. Charter fishing trips are available to guest a discounted rates. Bicycle and kayak rents are also available. Ideally situated a short 20 min. drive from either Panama City Beach, with the new Pier Park shopping and entertainment area, or Destin. We have everything here to make your beach vacation the perfect vacation.
