Park your car and walk to EVERYTHING, including the Chatham Village, Oyster Pond Beach, Monomoy Theater, tennis, the town's central playground, golf and so much more! Beautiful interior with hardwood floors, new kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite counters and tin ceiling adds character. Property has a private back courtyard with decks on the first and second levels. There are A/C units in each bedroom and high-speed Internet!
