    The rates do not reflect a 200.00 security deposit which is Refundable upon successful departure inspection.
    There is a 300.00 additional fee for departure maid cleaning and Linen usage fees. This will cover your bed set up, linens, towels and pool towels . Hairdryers are also provided in the unit.
  • A 30% deposit is required within 10 days after reservations are made. There is an additonal 350.00 fee for key distribution and departure maid service and Linen service provided By owner.

    Cancellation fee applies within 30 days expected arrival.
    A NONREFUNDABLE reservation fee of 50.00 will be charged upon reservation to secure property. This fee is to secure property.
    Renter responsible for additional insurance purchase upon request.
    ** Rates are posted as minimums for the season and are subject to change .
    An additional deposit of half of the total rent, optional Vacation Protection Insurance and reservation fee are required within 20 Days your reservation. If your deposit is not received by the due date, your reservation will be cancelled without notification.Balance including remaining rent, sales accommodations tax on total rent,& any additional charges for requested rentals/services will be due 30 days.
