Terrace level: The terrace level would also be a great private area to be used as a bedroom since you have a full living area on the ground level. All bedrooms feature large LCD TV with DVD and WiFi throughout. The open floor plan features gourmet stainless steel and granite kitchen, spacious living room and dining combination, with large LCD TV, DVD and Bose Stereo on the 1st level as well as a delightful screen porch and sun deck both with great water views. Situated only steps to the lake and shoreline walkway in Stoneledge, this unit offers a truly relaxed, luxury vacation getaway. In addition you’re only steps away from a beautiful community pool, clubhouse and fitness center, children’s play park and lighted tennis court. Local marinas offer boat and Jet Ski rentals and a private boat slip is available on site. Pets may be allowed with approval by owner. There is a pet deposit. Part of it is non-refundable.
Boating: A boat dock is available for your convenience or you have the option of renting a boat. Phone #'s will be given upon request. Please let the owners know that you are planning to use the dock during your stay. You must request this option to be assured it is available for your use. There are special instructions for storing boat trailers.
Great for families too: Great unit to split with another family. The downstairs basement level can be a bedroom and a family room. It has enough bedding to sleep 5 individuals. Full Bath. Kitchenette with microwave and refrigerator and entrance from the ground level. Would be a great place for 4/or 5 kids to bunk down. A very comfortable day bed with a pull out trundle, pull out queen sofa and a oversized chair that opens to a single bed. Also a closet to store clothes,and suitcases while there. Washer and dryer is downstairs as well and a nice sitting area on the outside terrace.
Ski: In winter you could go skiing at nearby Ski Resorts.
Golf: Lots of golfing within 15 minutes. Owner will send a list of courses to play upon request.
Other Activities: Kayaking, basketball court, shopping, boating, wildlife viewing.
