This 3 story Panama City Beach vacation rental was constructed in 2005. The gorgeous Gulf of Mexico with its emerald green waters is just a short stroll away. This Panama City Beach rental contains 3 floors on which to enjoy your vacation on the Florida Panhandle. The first floor has a state-of-the-art kitchen with top of the line stainless appliances and beautiful granite counter tops along with the living and dining rooms. The living room contains a sleeper sofa, TV/DVD player and Stereo/CD player. The dining room has seating for at least 10 people. The master suite is located at the rear of the home and opens up to the pool area, which is surrounded by brick pavers. This Panama City Beach vacation home has one of the few private heated, jetted pools in the area. This vacation rental also has a gas grill for guests to use.

More About the Property: The second level boasts two master suites each with its own private bath and balcony. The rear bedroom on this floor had a queen size sleigh bed and a queen sleeper sofa. The balcony overlooks the pool area. The front bedroom has a king size bed and a wonderful view of the Gulf of Mexico from its private balcony. The third level contains a fourth bedroom complete with a 1/2 bath, queen bed and a futon. The 3rd level balcony also offers a great view of the Gulf of Mexico.

Bring your friends and family and enjoy this 3 story, 4 bedroom, 5 bath Key West Style home on beautiful Panama City Beach. Near St Andrews State Park (1,100 acre natural beach and shoreline) and Pier park (some of the best dining and shopping along the Gulf Coast.) Each Master suit has its own private balcony and bath with double vanity.

PERFECT HOUSE!!!!

Beautiful home, very clean, and very spacious for everyone to have their own space (we had 10 in our party including 5 teenagers and 1 preteen). The home is on a nice quiet street just far enough away from the busy condos but close enough to all the "hot spots". There is a short stroll to the beach (maybe 150 yards) straight across from the house which was very easy and worth it to have a part of the beach to ourselves in between the crowded condos. The pool at the home was clean and great for the kids when they did not want to go to the beach. The pool patio was great for the adult relaxation after a long day at the beach - again, very beautiful. You can see the ocean from the house, especially from the 3rd floor balcony. We cannot say enough about the owners. They were extremely attentive and always were quick to answer any questions. We normally stay further down into Florida, but because of such a perfect situation all around, we are looking forward to many years to come at this wonderful home in Panama City Beach!

Excellent Panama City Beach Accomodations

Our families stayed here for a week and would change nothing! We were more than pleased with the comforts of home 1,000 miles away from our actual home.

As much as we enjoyed the squeaky clean beach front, we thoroughly enjoyed the private backyard inground pool. After the hot sand and salty water, we were able to let the kids enjoy their water fun right back at the pool. Our kids, from 6 to 21 years old, had fun all week. It was nice to have a place for everyone. Dinner from Buddy's Seafood Market and we were set for the evening.

The owners were especially thoughtful. This was a nice surprise!

Truly a vacation.

A Beautiful Home

We stayed at the beach house in July 2009 and everything was top notch. Beautiful home, extremely clean, no surprises, great property owners, all questions were answered correctly and promptly. All transactions were performed on Paypal. No hidden fees or charges. It was a great location, quiet, close enough to the beach and all locations. The pictures really don't do this home justice, it is beautiful. We really loved our stay at your beach house and will be back on our next vacation.
