Lovely 4 bedroom 2 bath home in a community with a private lake and sandy beach-a 5 minute walk away. House is 30 minutes from Bear Valley Ski area. Attractions include swimming (lifeguard for kids), canoeing, paddle boats,and many activities for kids-ping pong, ice cream, cook outs, shuffleboard. The house has a big sunny deck surrounded by tall pines and big jacuzzi. There is easy one floor access- ideal for disabled or simply one floor living. The central living space is a great room with high ceilings, an open kitchen, dining and living area. Master bedroom (queen bed) and jacuzzi bath on one side of the house and two bedrooms on the opposite side. (Two full beds and one twin and one full bed) . There is a bonus room with a twin and a double off the deck (for teenagers!). Full washer and dryer, two televisions, cable TV, wireless internet, updated kitchen with all appliances and well equipped. Nearby golf, hiking, caves, wineries and huge sequoia grove (Big Trees State Park).
