Stunning ocean view, in the heart of Santa Barbara. Home is a 5 minute drive to downtown State Street, the Harbor, and the Pier. The beach is a beautiful 10 minute stroll away. This home was recently renovated and is now a beautiful luxury home in the heart of Santa Barbara. The master suite includes a jetted tub, and a private outdoor hot tub. All new appliances in the bathroom including marble counter tops and a soaking tub in the guest bathroom. Brand new gourmet kitchen has been furnished with Viking appliances which includes a wine cooler, gas range, two refrigerator drawers, separate beverage area, and a convection microwave. This kitchen is a cooks dream, including the ocean view. The main floor includes a large dining room table, sleeper sofa, and high definition flat screen TV with surround sound. Entertainment system includes IPOD player, CD/DVD, and WI FI remote Internet access.
