Oceanfront Duplex townhouse with 3 balconies and magnificent views of the beach, pool with waterfall and double Jacuzzis. Hotel amenities include pool w/cocktail and restaurant service, restaurant, bar, fitness room. Towel service at pool. Cable TVs in every room. VCR and DVD player. Flat screen TV in every room. Fully equipped kitchen. Serving 8 - 12. Washer/dryer, central AC. Lovely and comfortable furnishings. Sleeps 5 or 6. Queen beds in master bedroom, guest bedroom, and queen sleeper sofa in living room. Also single sleeper-chair. Located between the Delano and the Shore Club/Setai. Steps from Gleason theater, Convention Center and the shops, movies and restaurants on Lincoln Road. Walking distance to historic Deco Ocean Drive area and clubs. The beach is awesome. Recently we have been able to get WiFi and there are cords for dial up. Local unlimited phone. Dining suggestions will be supplied and tips for local enjoyment. This is the best of South Beach.

We are located in the heart of South Beach. We are right on the gorgeous beach. And just steps away from tons of restaurants and shops and museums and clubs. You can even walk to many of them. We are near the famous deco Ocean Drive. 2 blocks from the famous Lincoln Road pedestrian mall which spans the width of South beach and is lined with shopping and galleries and bistros and restaurants and bars and clubs and a huge multiplex movie theater and the Symphony orchestra. We are a block from the convention center. We could not be in a better place.

If you are looking for a vacation with all the comforts
of home, this is a great condo in the heart of South
Beach. The beach and boardwalk are fantastic and the
pool area very comfortable. The owner is terrific to
work with! I hope to be able to visit South Beach and
this condo again soon.

Our family loved the condo. The location is so close to everything, the pool and jacuzzis are very nice and the beach is perfect! The condo itself is very nice, well equipped and well maintained. There is a huge patio off the living room, which we had to ourselves during our visit!The owner is a pleasure to work with and is very helpful with suggestions. I can't wait to use this condo again!
