Our immaculate, fully furnished, cosy detached holiday home situated in a very peaceful positon surrounded by quite fields in the village of Vielbrunn, which lies within the natural, unspoilt Odenwald-Forest, available for rent. We can guarantee a most enjoyable stay with quite, peaceful wonderful walks, beautiful scenery and whatever you choose to occupy your time is all nearby.

Vielbrunn is a stately recognised climatic health resort with 1.500 inhabitants, surrounded by forest close to the Main Valley in the heart of romantic Odenwald. The mountain scenery invites you to walk, Mountainbike, Nordic-Walking or other activities. Vielbrunn is a starting point for many cultural activities, as well as a village with caters for all, butcher, grocer, banks, restaurants, doctor, hairdresser and all within walking distance. Sunday brunch in a nice coffee shop is also available, in fact everything to suit all different requirements is on hand. Excursions, sightseeings - sporting activities: Within a 5 min. walk we have the newly renovated and heated public swimming pool. In nearby Bad-König there is the Odenwald-Therm with large pool and sauna. We have many well marked walks for either short and long hikes. Bicycle footpaths along the Main River taking in the delightful landscapes are readily available for your enjoyment.

Notes: A very high quality home fully equipped down to the last detail country house style. The living/dining areas are extremely cosy with comfortable sofas and armchair and wood burning stove, as well as being fully central heated. The kitchen area also has a dining area and is complete with fridge, cooker, hob and all crockery, cutlery and glassware. The terrace is fully equipped with wooden furniture, (enjoy breakfast and listen to the birds sing). Also there is an outside table with integrated barbecue, so you can eat and enjoy a glass of our wonderful wine. Should you decide to stay in our house you are guaranteed a wonderful warm and friendly welcome by your hosts who will endeavour to make your stay the 'best ever' experience for you.

Eine Woche Ruhe und Entspannung mit unserem 'Vierbeiner', das war unser Wunsch. Zufällig stießen wir im Internet auf das 'Landhaus Kathy' - wie geschaffen für uns! Was wir hier antrafen, hat unsere Erwartungen bei Weitem übertroffen. Ein Schmuckstück vom Boden bis zum Dach! Die Woche ging viel zu schnell vorüber. Eines ist gewiss, unser nächster Aufenthalt hier, wird kein Zufall mehr sein. Herzlichen Dank den netten Vermietern für eine wunderbare Woche in Ihrem so liebevoll eingerichteten Haus. Susanne Schmidt ** Unser Urlaub im Landhaus 'Kathy' war viel zu kurz, um die Gemütlichkeit des Hauses und die Schönheit des Odenwaldes voll auskosten zu können. Immerhin, wir haben viel gesehen und uns im Haus wie 'zu Hause' gefühlt. Ruhe, Erholgung und die abslout komfortable und schnuckelige Ausstattung des Hauses- besonders der Kamin- hat uns an diesen kalten Tagen gefallen- kann man einfach nur weiterempfehlen! B. u. H. Luft

zum Wohlfühlen einfach Klasse

Ein gemütliches und sehr schönes und gepflegtes Ferienhaus einfach zum Wohlfühlen .
Über Pfingsten 2008 haben wir eine wunderschöne Woche in den Häuschen verbracht das liebevoll eingerichtet ist .
Der herrliche Odenwald und das gepflegte Umfeld der Gastgeberfamilie haben den Urlaub abgerundet . Sehr nette Vermieter mit viel Geschmack in Haus und Garten .
Und unsere Hunde haben sich wohlgefühlt und mit den Hund des Gastgebers gut verstanden.
Einfach ein Klasse Urlaub

Erholung und Entspannung

Im Herbst 2007 haben wir mit unserem Hund Nicky einen schönen Urlaub im Odenwald verbracht.
Viel dazu beigetragen hat auch der Aufenthalt im Landhaus Kathy. Das Holzhaus ist gemütlich und funktionell eingerichtet, liebe- und stilvoll dekoriert, und strahlt eine "heimelige" Atmosphäre aus, welche durch die freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Vermieter noch verstärkt wird. Wir fühlten uns willkommen und gut aufgenommen! Hinter dem Haus befindet man sich sofort in "freier Natur", und nach einigen 100 Metern beginnen schon Wanderwege, und für Golfer ist ein Platz nur wenige Kilometer entfernt. Sollten die Füße mal wandermüde sein(oder die Blasen abheilen müssen-oder ist das Wetter nicht ganz so schön)), so laden die mittelalterlichen Städte Erbach und Michelstadt mit ihren Museen zu einem Besuch ein. Möchte man zur Abwechslung mal bayerische Luft atmen, so ist der Weißwurstäquator auch nicht weit, und ein Besuch der alten Städtchen Amorbach und Miltenberg am Main zu empfehlen.
Was uns auch sehr begeisterte war die Ruhe, tagsüber, aber vor allem Nachts!
Als "doggy-bag" haben uns die Vermietern noch eine große Tüte Äpfel von der eigenen Streuobstwiese oberhalb des Hauses geschenkt. Diese leckeren Äpfel wurden zu Hause zu einem Apfelkuchen verarbeitet, den wir mit schönen Erinnerungen an unseren erholsamen Urlaub in Vielbrunn gegessen haben.
Ein herzliches "Danke schön" an die netten Vermieter!

Ferienhaus der ersten Klasse

Dieses Ferienhaus ist einfach ein Traum. Es ist sehr gemütlich und liebevoll eingerichtet, dass man sich einfach wohlfühlen muß.
Es ist auch alles vorhanden, was man fürs Kochen benötigt. Die Gartenanlage ist wunderschön gestaltet und auch sehr zweckmässig. Gartengarnitur und Grillmöglichkeit gibt es auch.
Möchte man spazieren gehen ist extra hinterm Haus ein Weg vom Vermieter angelegt worden dass man sofort auf diesem Weg zu den verschiedensten Wanderwegen gelangen kann. Die Vermieter sind sehr sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Umfeld ums Haus ist sehr ruhig und auch sehr ansprechend gestaltet so das Kind, Mensch und Hund sich entspannen kann. Zum Ort sind es vielleicht 5 Gehminuten, wo man die notwendigen Kleinigkeiten kaufen kann, Brötchen usw. Alles in allem ist es ein wunderschönes Feriendomizil, den man jedem empfehlen kann.

Ein Ferienhaus der Extraklasse:
Viel Platz, Gemuetlichkeit, Ruhe! Wer das sucht, ist hier richtig. Nach nur wenigen Autominuten kann man historische Staedte im Odenwald und am Main besuchen. Menschen und Hunde haben sich hier richtig wohlgefuehlt.
