This comfortable unique property is perfect for a relaxing holiday for a group up to 10people. The stunning white carrara marble floors throughout this spacious house adds luxury and suits the Florida climate perfectly. The location could not be better. The Golden Isles subdivision of Hallandale is located just couple miles north of Aventura with its luxurious Aventura Mall and Gulf course. The exiting night life of Miami Beach is within 20 Minutes to the south. And the beautiful pristine Beaches of Hallandale with its beach walk and the little cute shops and restaurants is just across the intercoastal waterway. The house is on a wide canal, on its dock you can fish or enjoy sunset. Along Hallandale Beach Blvd, about half a mile from the house are Restaurants, Supermarkets, Cafes and Health Care facilities. Living within the Golden Isles subdivision you have access to free Tennis, playground for the kids and with its 24 hour guard at the entrance, it is a perfectly safe world.
