Incredible location on the 10th fairway of the Ocean Winds Golf course & ocean views! Walk across the street from this wonderful 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom home to the beach! Just 700 yds away is the Seabrook Island Beach Club - totally rebuilt in 2009! New owners are remodeling with hardwood floors, new kitchen, new furniture & more!!! New rear deck will overlook the 10th fairway with views of the 18th & 19th holes. The large great room has a vaulted, beamed ceiling, fireplace, TV, DVD player & access to the wonderful front deck. The dining room table seats 8 & has access to rear deck. New appliances, countertops, panty in the kitchen. The master bedroom has a king size bed, TV & adjoining bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed & adjoining bathroom. The 3rd & 4th bedrooms each have two twin beds plus their own bathrooms! Internet access too!! Bikes, beach chairs, sand toys, gas grill, cooler available for your use!
