  • Available For All Conventions At The Miami Beach Convention Center.
  • All major credit cards (MasterCard, Visa, Amex, and Discover) are accepted as well as checks. TO request a booking on this property, we need your full name, mailing address, and all contact numbers (including cell phone) please confirm via email and you will then receive an invoice for deposit and or full payment through PayPal.

    Deposits: $300. This is separate from the rent itself. Your deposit is promptly returned when I receive back my keys and my cleaning service says everything is in good order. Your deposit takes my place off the rental market. The rent itself is not due until 60 days prior to your arrival. After I receive the deposit by credit card or check through PayPal. I send you a letter/contract, a copy of which you return. Then after I've received the rent, I send you the keys (or you pick them up upon your arrival), maps and my recommendations of places to go and things to do. I welcome any questions you may have and again, thank you for your interest.
  • Cancellation: 60 days prior to arrival with a $300 cancellation fee.

    Fees & Taxes: $125.00 departure cleaning.

A Wonderful Getaway to say the least!

I was very very happy with my stay! Everything was just as described. The beautiful art deco finishes as well as the surrounding greenery made the stay truly delightful.

Location was ideal to say the least. We were able to walk to the beach everyday as well as local shops and restaurants.

On top of it all the pricing was very reasonable and certainly looks like something we could do on a more regular basis. We are hoping to plan a follow up trip next year and bring some friends. Overall, an amazing experience!

South Beach Fun.

We stayed in "Les Jardins" from 3/10/09 to 3/17/09. We were in Miami for our friend's father's 75th birthday and for a little springtime get-away. The condo was in an awesome location, just steps from Lincoln Road where a constant flow of people walk endlessly from the nearby beach to the shops, galleries and restaurants. Espanola Way, Collins and Ocean Aves. are all within a short stroll away.

The condo was clean, bright and has great energy. It is simply and comfortably furnished and decorated (feels like a Euro home stay).

Although it is located in a quiet little neighborhood, due to its lively location and proximity to Lincoln Road, there are some typical city noises to endure, but it is nothing to fret about as the location is so awesome.

Alexis communicated to us promptly. He provided contact numbers and information on the condo & property as well as local Miami/South Beach information.

We'd stay here again and would recommend this to friends/family.

We spent a great week at Les Jardins: Perfect location, beautiful building, parking, big rooms, king size bed, cozy sheets, speed Internet, HD premiun cable TV, all needed appliances and for a rrather good price. I will strongly recommend whenever in Miami. You can walk everyware; beaches, shops, restaurants and the clubs..
