All hardwood oak floors, large stone patio yard, with mahogany deck & ample parking (can accommodate up to 4 cars), located on a lane of lovely homes. We've tried to include everything you would need to enjoy a relaxing vacation. Whether it be full linens, towels, a fully equipped gourmet stainless steel/granite kitchen, full size washer/dryer, double bathroom with walk in shower unit & separate jacuzzi tub with a second shower, ceiling fans, central air conditioning, flat screen TVs in the living room and bedrooms, DVD/VCR units, current movies, stereo/CD player, gas grill, outside patio furniture, firepit, front porch rocking chairs, outside shower unit, board games, beach chairs, children's toys; you name it this house has it!

New single family home. Located just around the corner from the Provincetown Tennis Club and the new Provincetown Stage Theatre/Playhouse & walking distance to downtown. Walk, bike or take the shuttle bus to town...shuttle stops very near to home. This house has an ideal location for relaxing and enjoying quite or beach time and it's still close to the fun and excitement of downtown Provincetown. Beaches are less than 1/2 mile from the house. This new home is located @ 290 Bradford Street, Provincetown, MA. The front of the house is located on a lovely lane of Cape homes & the yard is fully enclosed with large plantings and fencing, very private.

We rented this cottage the first week in August. This is the second year renting from these owners and it is a pleasure. This cottage is very comfortable (newly renovated) with all the amenities you can imagine. My family enjoyed the outdoor shower ( I loved the inside bathroom) and the large deck and patio for grilling. We walked to town every night and lounged on the beach every day. There are many other activities available but we chose to just relax! This place offers something for everyone. A true Cape Cod experience.
Our favorite restaurant is the Mews (reservations suggested)

We rented this home in July 2009. It's brand new, in excellent condition and provided us with everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable (which is so important)! The a/c was definitely a plus. They provided a nice variety of DVDs too. The owner was a pleasure to deal with. We would definitely consider renting this place in the future. It's also very close to the local beaches and downtown Provincetown.
