Our home is located in a very quiet area, surrounded by nature. Beach access is just up and across the street about 2 minutes walk. A 10 minute drive to the famous sandy Rathtrevor Beach in Parksville, and 20 minutes by car to Nanaimo for shopping, restaurants, movie theaters, and the ferries. Within a half hours drive there are many hikes to nearby waterfalls, rainforests, lakes and caves. Surrounded by nature and wild life, you may see seal lions, eagles, deer and bears on Vancouver Island! Easily accessible by car to beautiful Victoria, as well as the islands' wild west coast (Tofino, Ucluelet, Long Beach). Make this your home base to explore all that Vancouver Island has to offer.
Golfing and Spa:
For the serious golfer, Vancouver Island’s premiere golf resort destination, Fairwinds Golf and Country Club, is only minutes away. Or if you are the mini golfing type visit the fabulous family Paradise Adventure or Riptide Lagoon miniature golf in Parksville.
