Our beautiful villa with heated pool situated in the exclusive LAKE BERKLEY RESORT is just 10 minutes from Disney. Lake Berkley is a private gated community with a 24 hour security guard at the gate to greet you and afford you peace of mind. The resort, set on the tranquil 14 acre natural lake contrasts the bustling US Highway 192 just a quarter of a mile away with its designer shopping outlets, golf courses, theme parks and over 400 restaurants. The resort offers something for everyone: Club House with Game Room, Playground or Nature Walk just to name few of the amenities. This home-away-from-home has been recently redecorated! The fully stocked kitchen has a breakfast nook and counter seating, adjacent to the kitchen is the elegant dining room. The living room has a large flat screen TV, leather furniture, piano and cathedral ceiling. Also located on the first floor, are the Master Suite and a queen bedroom. Three bedrooms and a bath are located on the second floor.

Comfortable lounge chairs provide seating for leisure while 2 tables and chairs offer ample dinning for 10 in tranquil surroundings. And a Weber gas grill is available for your steak grilling pleasure!!

Local Area Fishing: While the Theme Park enthusiast go off for their day of madness and mayhem, don't feel left behind...the Kissimmee area has some of the best bass fishing anywhere. Tour Guides for hire will be glad to take you out on the famous Lake Tohopekaliga (Toho) just minutes away for what may turn out to be your best day of fishing...ever! Lake Toho is well know for it's lunker large mouth bass. Some other great fishing spots include: Lake Kissimmee and the Butler Chain of Lakes. If you need help locating a fishing guide we would be glad to assist you.

My family and I stayed for two weeks at this property and thoughly enjoyed it.The journey from contacting the owner's from the very beginning right through to landing at the airport ran very well. All the information we received regarding location, layout, amenities and distance were correct. The property was clean and well kept and very quiet. This property looked onto a small lake lots of ducks, Ibis, heron"s and turtles to watch and feed, but no gators (thank goodness). Having a gated 24 hour security guard at this resort made us feel secure and safe that ww really appreciated. We would highly recommend this property to others.

The are restuarants are ammazing depending what you want to eat, places range from:- all can eat fronm as litlle as $9.00pp , pizzas, italian and chinese. Or ther are steakhouses such as the Long Horn restuarant (our favourite) just be careful when ordering chocolate cake it"s huge order one portion and have six spoons!!!!! Magic Kingdom is thone of the closest park attrctions, whereas, Universal is alittle further but the journey is worth it.

Great home away from home.

We had a great time at this home. It was comfortable, clean and relaxing. The gated community made us feel quite safe. The kids had a great time in the pool and exploring the lake area behind the villa.

There is a Super Walmart within walking distance and Disney was about 15 mins away. There were quite a few activities for the kids located nearby, for example, the mini golf course located about 5 mins away.

The owners Dawn and Gene were fantastic to deal with from start to end. Our only regret is that we were only there for two weeks. I would definitely recommend this property to friends and relatives. This house is truly a home away from home.

I wanted you to know that my family had a wonderful time in your home. Just as you mention all of the attraction was within minutes from the house. My kids had enjoyed the couple of days which we stay in the home to BBQ and played in the pool. The vacation home was very quiet and peaceful area of which my wife and myself had an opportunity to jog in the early morning prior going to the park in Orlando. The security at the entrance of the gated community was very pleasant and helpful. It was like being home away from home. I highly recommend your home to anyone looking for a great spacious place for their families to enjoy. Looking forward of returning back next year!

Great Home & Location For Florida Family Vacations

Our family had a wonderful time! This villa is everything and more than advertised. All the Disney and Universal attractions truly within 10-15 minutes, but yet secluded from the hustle and bustle. Short trip to enjoy the ocean as well. We "day tripped" to Cocoa Beach in just over an hour and Sand Key Island (Clearwater) in just about 2 hours, with traffic. The pool was fantastic and well equipped with comfortable furniture and a new Weber grill. The kids enjoyed the birds and other wildlife at the lake just steps away from the screened in pool. Dawn was extremely accommodating to all of our needs. Thank you for making our vacation a time filled with nothing but pleasureful, lasting memories! We will be back again.
