Condo, 2 Bedrooms, 2 Baths, (Sleeps 4)

Our Condo is on the first floor, elevator located just steps away from two car garage and is golf course level on the patio side. Black Rock is a gated complex on the Black Rock Golf Course. Sunbrook Golf Course has three beautiful championship courses, The Pointe, Woodbridge and Black Rock and has been rated by Golf Digest as the '#1 Public Golf Course' in St. George. Our Condo overlooks the 7th green which is rated as the hardest hole on the Black Rock nine. This does provide great entertainment while relaxing on the ground level patio. The patio is furnished with a table, chairs and Weber BBQ.

The relaxing, comfortable living room has a 32' TV, cable, DVD, stereo and a beautiful view of the spectacular mountains of St. George. The sunsets are breathtaking, both bedrooms also enjoy this view.

A split design of the condo with the bedrooms being on opposite sides of the living area provides privacy to each bedroom. Master bedroom has a king size bed, TV, bath with a large jetted tub, 2 sinks and a big step in shower. Guest room also has a king size bed, TV, private bath with shower. Both bedrooms are of good size. All linens are supplied as well as a hair dryer. The kitchen has all the necessary utensils plus some, such as a crock pot, waffle iron, blender and more. Other items include an iron and ironing board, all the comforts of home.

Clubhouse with pool and hot tub about 50' from condo.

We had a great time in St. George for the month of November. The condo was well furnished. The owners were very helpful and helped with many recommendations for resturants, golf, and activities.
We would rent this condo again for another visit to St. George.

This is our 3rd stay at Cathy and Jim's condo and as usual it is a great place to stay in St. George!! We enjoy the patio for breakfast and in the late afternoon for a glass of wine. The 2 car garage is a real bonus for storing our mountain bikes and hiking gear. We can watch the golfers sink golf balls into the pond - there must be hundreds in the pond. We would recommend Cathy and Jim's condo to anyone because of the location and the well-equipped kitchen. The king beds are very comfortable as well.

We were very pleased with this condo accommodation. We especially loved the patio with its location and view. And we were also very close to the pool and hot tub which we used several times. The condo was extremely well equipped, with our hosts offering all the extras, be it shampoo or mustard, coffee filters or hand lotion. And to top it off they had a bottle of wine with cheese and crackers waiting for us upon arrival. So we definitely hope to be back as we also love St. George.

Fabulous Stay at Blackrock

We enjoyed a wonderful 3.5 month stay and are so sorry to be leaving. We have thoroughly enjoyed our time here and cannot thank Jim and Cathy enough for their gracious hospitality. They had a wonderful welcome treat upon our arrival and this condo is supplied with everything you could possibly ask for - from a short weekend to an extended stay, you will want for nothing.

The location is wonderful and patio has a marvelous view of the 7th golf green and pond with abundant wildlife and spectacular views of the mountains.

If you chose this condo for your St. George stay, you will not be disappointed.
