This is a clean, spacious townhouse with 2 recently remodeled bathrooms and a remodeled kitchen. The kitchen is a large eat in kitchen with an adjacent patio with an umbrella table and chairs. The private fenced-in yard has lovely tropical plants. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful, yet friendly.
The swimming pool has been completely refurbished and is heated. There are rest rooms, lounge chairs, and tables and chairs poolside. Amenities within Peppertree Pointe include two tennis courts, walking paths around the lake, and a 300 foot fishing pier on the Calousahatchee River. The pier is a perfect place to read or watch a beautiful sunset. There is a boat launch at the Marina. Slips are also available.
We are retired teachers from New Hampshire. We have two children and four grandchildren in New Hampshire. We live in this townhouse when we are in Florida.

The location is perfect. It is quiet, private and relaxing yet close to everything.
I enjoy walking my dog around the neighborhood several times a day and riding my bike in a safe area. I enjoy sitting on the patio. It is shady and a nice breeze comes from the river to keep us comfortable. We also enjoy the pool nearly everyday. We also enjoy boating in the river and the Gulf of Mexico. There are many beaches close by both on Sanibel Island and Estero Island. The beaches in Ft. Myers have been expanded by widening them with sand.
Peppertree Pointe was a good location with a nice, pet friendly neighborhood. The listing description and photos reflect the property and amenities accurately. The air conditioning problem was quickly addressed by owners. However, the property was not as clean and we'll maintained as we would have liked. Master bed was uncomfortable. This was a one time only stay for us.
My family had a great week here, there was alot of room for everyone. It was very easy for my 83 year old father-inlaw to get around, the pool was very close. We enjoyed our stay very much. Everything we wanted to do was close and if we didnt want to do anything it was just relaxing to walk around the area that is very nice to look at.
We had a wonderful stay in Ft. Myers. The townhouse was very nice. The swimming pool was only a short walk and the pond was enjoyable. Only a short drive to Ft. Myers beach and Sanibel Island. Had a wonderful time finding shells and the 4th of July fireworks on the beach was outstanding. I would definitly recommend staying in this townhouse.
A clean, spacious and affordable alternative for a family get away! Comfortably slept 4 adults and 4 children with plenty of room to stretch out, make your own meals and do laundry after a day at the beach, or in our case, a hot day at the ball field !
Our family stayed here for a week this past summer and loved it----the place was nicely laid out and all the instructions user-friendly. Getting to the beaches was very convenient from this location. The pier provided a nice place to see sunsets as well as spot wildlife: dolphins, pelicans, fish and manatees. Loved the quiet yard and the peaceful neighborhood as well. We loved our stay here and highly recommend it to anyone that might want to visit the Ft. Myers area!
This condo was perfect for our family of six! Plenty of room and had everything that we needed. It is located very close to Sanibel Island and Ft. Myers beach. We were pleased with all of the kitchen items, outdoor grill and even some board games to play after a long day at the beach! We hope to stay again when we return to Ft. Myers.
