Folly is a casual resort beach with a world-class fishing pier and miles of beautiful oceanfront perfect for sunning, shelling and splashing in the water. Downtown's Center Street is quaint, pedestrian-friendly and features a variety of shopping and dining opportunities. Our comfortably-furnished home offers an open floor plan, beautiful antiques, hardwood floors, tiled kitchen and bathrooms and a glorious ocean view. The kitchen is fully-equipped and filled with light from both windows and a skylight. The dining table seats 8 with 4 nearby barstools and additional seating at a picnic table on the beachfront screened porch. Just beyond a large swing and daybed, the screened porch opens onto a walkover and deck with private beach access. Flooded with sunlight from a bank of oceanfront windows and skylights, the large living room with queen sleeper sofa, vaulted ceiling and cable-equipped entertainment center is perfect for family gatherings.
