New! Luxury Log Home on the Sturgeon River and Biking Trail!

This is the perfect home for Northern Michigan enthusiasts looking to live large while on vacation Up North. Holidays, weekends, and weekly trips here will certainly be extra special with your family and friends! The home comes complete with oak hardwood flooring throughout and terra cotta tile in all the wet areas. It has custom-built cabinetry and stainless steel appliances in the chef’s kitchen and a BBQ deck and gas grill just off of the dining area. The main level also has a tidy living area with comfy seating and a 46” flat panel TV (complete with an Onkyo surround sound system) and a master bedroom with a private entrance to the deck overlooking the Sturgeon River and a queen-size Tempur-Pedic mattress for extra comfort . The upstairs is perfect for a couple and at least 4 kids; two in the smaller bedroom and two in the loft overlooking the great room. The upstairs master bedroom has gorgeous views of the Sturgeon River, vaulted ceilings.

Outside, between the home and the river, is a nice lawn to run around on with your dog and a beautiful stone enclosed bonfire pit with firewood and seating provided. Just outside of the walkout, finished lower level is a brick patio with a new hot tub for soaking in and relaxing. The home has landscape ground lighting all around the foundation so it is well lit at night while you’re enjoying the late night bonfires at the river. On the deck overlooking the Sturgeon River is a nice picnic table for relaxing, an outdoor dinning set, and a staircase that goes down to the lawn going to the river. In the front of the home is a smaller lawn and driveway as well as another vacant lot for exra parking space for your extra vehicles, boats, trailers, etc. Also in the front is another smaller deck with a gas grill just off of the indoor dining area.

My vacation cabin comes complete with two kayaks for my guests to use at no additional cost. Also, on the patio outside the finished, walkout lower level is nice new hot tub overlooking the large lawn and Sturgeon River. In addition, the finished lower level has a custom-built cedar suana! All three levels have full bathrooms, at least one bedroom with a queen-size mattress, and custom-made furnishings.

Boyne Mountain, Boyne Highlands, and Nubs Knob are all about 30 minute from the cabin!

All the major N. Michigan golf clubs are close by! Some of these clubs include Bay Harbor, Little Traverse Bay, The Crooked Tree, Treetops, Marsh Ridge, Otsego Club, Michaywe, Black Lake, True North, and of course, the Indian River Golf Club.
