Lemondrop House is a 5+ bedroom / 5 bathroom beach vacation home located in the Eastern Lake area of Seagrove Beach. Completed in 2005, Lemondrop House is approximately 125 yards from the beach. Less than 2 minute walk. South of Hwy 30-A, no busy highway to cross. This 2800+- sf, 3 sty home is perfect for a large family gathering or group. All new furniture has been installed. 1st flr. living area with sleeper sofa, dining area, fully equipped kitchen, bkfst bar, bedroom w/ king bed & full bath. 1st flr br & ba is convenient for someone who needs to avoid stairs. 2nd flr large master br w/ king bed & master bath Master bath has jetted tub& walk-in shower. Second floor also has bedroom with queen bed and private full bath. Bunk room on 2nd floor has 2 bunk beds with pull out trundles (sleeps 6). Also has private full bath. Laundry is on 2nd floor also. 3rd floor has king bed with bath. 3rd floor family room/bedroom has sleeper sofa & wet bar/fridge. Private Heated Pool.

We consider this location to be the most relaxing and family oriented neighborhood in the Seagrove Beach area. It has beautiful emerald water with white sand beaches. Beach paths and accesses don't have multiple staircases to get to and from the beach. Only a handful of steps to the sand. The area is on the south side of Hwy 30-A with very light vehicle traffic. It is far enough away from the crowded parts of South Walton but close enough to walk, ride a bike or drive to any destination in the area.

Lemondrop House has your own private heated pool in the front yard. Parents can sit on the screen porch or on one of the other covered porches and keep an eye on the kids in the water or take a nap as the gentle ocean breeze flows over you.
