Watch stingrays jump out of the water or iguanas sunning on the rocks below the private balcony spanning the water-side of the condo and accessible from the living/dining room and master bedroom. The sunrise is magnificent from the balcony and a great place for a slow and relaxing breakfast. The swaying palm trees, the lush local flora and sail boats floating in the bay help you to take that deep breath and 'relax'. The condo is part of the Watergate Villas East condo association and the two completely separate bedroom/bath combinations are perfect for two couples or a family to share. Bolongo Bay has a wonderful blend of tranquility and action with a relaxed ambiance perfect for vacations, holidays and weddings. Three beachfront restaurants are a short walk from the condo, including the famous Iggie's. The Bolongo Bay Beach Resort is just a short walk down the beach and has all the water activities and toys for rent that you could possibly want -- sailing, jet skiing, kayaking, etc.

Other Activities: Enjoy the shared pools of the three sister condo associations available to our guests--Watergate Villas' is beside the Caribbean Sea and is a short walk from the condo, Sea Cliff Villas' overlooks the Caribbean Sea to the east for a wonderful view of the sunset and the cruise ships leaving Charlotte Amalie, and Regatta Point's is at the very top of the hill for lots of sunshine and tropical views. The condo is furnished with wicker and rattan furniture and features a fully-equipped kitchen and all the amenities you may need for your vacation. Fully air-conditioned if you wish, or feel like a true resident of the Tropics by letting the Caribbean sea breeze from the soft tradewinds blowing direct from Portugal caress you each day and lull you to sleep each night.

With the added airline costs for bags, pack less and use our in-condo washer and dryer. If you want suggestions, we have a condo guestbook providing instructions for all condo amenities as well as favorite restaurants, beaches, snorkeling, scenic, picture-perfect views of Paradise, etc. We love our Condo and sharing it with our family and friends. We hope you enjoy our Caribbean Paradise as much as we do.

Best Vacation Ever!

Thank you so much Nikki and Ed for allowing us to use your condo. It was in the best location. In a short walk down the beach we had Mim's, which had the best lobster and stuffed mushrooms; Iggies, a fun place to end your day; and The Lobster Grille, located in the Bolongo Bay Resort. Next to Iggies is the St. Thomas Diving Club. They offer diving lessons as well as diving and snorkeling guide. They people there were great, we spent 3 day diving with them. Every morning we enjoyed coffee on the balcony to the relaxing sound of the waves. We had some of the best sleep of our lives while staying there. The beds were comfy and everything about the condo was so relaxing. We had the best vacation of our lives! Thanks again.

This place was awesome! The condo was clean and modern, nice flat screen TV in all rooms. The kitchenette was very useful for having our foods/drinks any time to enjoy the huge balcony, aww., wish we were there now. Staying on the bay was wonderful. Every morning we could watch the fishing boats leave and in the afternoon when they come back in. The location was not far from red ridge which provided excellent espresso' and a delightful place to comsumme sushi...I would recommend any to stay here and have the full comforts of home along with the peaceful sounds of the tides as they moved in and out. What a truly relaxing place in the midst of this very crazy winter.Go stay and enjoy St Thomas at a slow pace. This place was excellent AAAAAAAAA++++ Cheers to Nikki and Ed for sharing this quiet getaway!!!

What can we say...it was perfect!! We spent a week in November in paradise. Anyone wanting a great getaway, this is the perfect chance to experience what life is like on the island. The condo was immaculate, spacious & well equipped. It offered everything we needed to enjoy ourselves in a beautiful, comfortable home like setting. And having a washer & dryer in the condo was a real plus. It makes packing much easier!! The view is amazing. I loved having my coffee on the deck every morning & watching the sunrise. Then just a short walk on the beach to an amazing breakfast pool/beachside. What a life!! We snorkeled, saw beautiful sunsets, walked to dinner & generally basked in the sun. Something we don't usually get to do in November. There is nothing like the blue of the Caribbean to soothe. Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful piece of paradise. It is everything the VRBO listing describes & more.
