Villa, 5 Bedrooms, 4.5+ Baths, (Sleeps 10-13)

This charming, 5 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom three story home is located in the most lovely area of Harbour Town. It sits between the Lighthouse and the 16th green of Harbourtown Links Golf Course, just off the 18th fairway and Calibogue Sound in the very heart of Harbour Town. You won't find a more quaint area of Sea Pines, and will want to return again year after year. You are also only a short bike or car ride to the beach 1.5 miles away.

The home is the perfect mix of private space with the proximity to everything Sea Pines and Harbour Town have to offer. It is a large and spacious villa with private dipping pool that is within walking or biking distance to the shops, restaurants and water sport activities available within the Harbourtown Marina area. It is also only a two minute walk to the beautiful Harbour Town pool and tennis area.

With a spacious floor plan including a newly redecorated living room, dining room and an additional living area/sunroom, the villa has ample room for one large family, or for several families, couples or groups of golfers. The first floor has a game room/sunroom, large dining room, well stocked newly renovated kitchen, wet bar, living room and half bath. There is also access to the first floor patio and dipping pool from the main living room on this level.

The second floor has 3 Master bedrooms including the Master suite, a King bedroom with private bath including tub and shower, and another King bedroom with private bath with shower only. The laundry facilities are also available on this level. The third floor has two additional bedrooms each with two sets of twin beds and another full bathroom.

Recent upgrades include a new Flat Screen Digital HDTV/DVD in the Living Room and Den and 3rd floor play area, Flat panel TV in the master suite and all 5 bedrooms as well as 2 DVD players. We have also just completed a must see kitchen renovation which will make your trip even more enjoyable.

The home has a partial view of the The Sound from the patio area. It is a short walk to all the restaurants, shops and superb waterfront activities of this world famous vacation marina - all in the shadow of the Harbour Town Light House.

The beaches of Hilton Head are a short bike ride or shuttle ride on the Harbour Town Trolley. Explore the more than 30 miles of bike trails within Sea Pines, and thrill the kids by spotting alligators and turtles by the lagoons. The activities on Hilton Head seem to be endless. This is truly one of the best Islands in the US.

Sea Pines guest passes are provided for renters and a pool access card is also available for the beautiful Harbour Town pool.

Perfect location! Perfect Vacation Home!

Spent Spring Break here with 7 adults and 3 kids. Home is lovely and comfortable with plenty of room for all of us! Kitchen is a dream and dining room held all of us for family dinners! Kids loved the 'Game Room' and the dipping pool. Perfect location for tennis players (very short walk to Seapines Racquuet Club and their daily drills and round robins). Bike paths are everywhere and there isn't a spot lovelier than Seapines in the Spring. The golfers loved the view of the course and the Sound beyond- just beautiful. Can highly recommend this to all. Great value for Seapines!

Awesome Place!!! Walking distance to Harbour Town!!

Have stayed here several times and love the place!! Headed back for Easter with a large group of 15 for spring break. Great views of the sound. 30 second walk to the tee box on 17 of Harbour Town. I would definately recommend anyone to check out this great property!!
