Arroyo Burro Beach House - Located across the Street from Arroyo Burro Beach on Cliff Dr. Oceanfront in Santa Barbara! Imagine walking from the front door and being on a wide sandy beach where dolphins play, and sunsets are spectacular, all less than a minute walk away. Enter a popular family restaurant and bar set on the beach, or visit the lagoon of Arroyo Burro Creek for birding where night herons guard the beach on moonlit sand. Fly-fishing in the surf, or just plain surfing, Hendry’s Beach (as the locals know it) is prime for both! The house sits on just over 1 acre with a front lawn that seems the size of a football field! It’s perfect for all sorts of games from bocchi ball to volleyball. The front lawn is also perfectly situated for use as an event setting. Palm trees around the house provide a tropical environment for the ultimate vacation stay.

It is located directly across the street from Arroyo Burro Beach area with a restaurant ,only minutes from other restaurants and stores of the Mesa Shopping Center and the Santa Barbara Harbor. World-class shopping offered by downtown Santa Barbara is minutes away. A short walk from the house takes you up to the top of the Mesa where you can stroll along the Douglas Family Preserve, a wildlife preserve offering both bike and walking paths through 70+ acres offering mesmerizing and unforgettable views of the Pacific and the Santa Barbara Channel Islands. Arroyo Burro Beach House is perhaps the only house in Santa Barbara that is so close to a sandy beach! Amenities also include a spacious backyard with a gazebo and extra large spa. The house is our family home, and we invite you to enjoy the experience of a coastal environment that Santa Barbara offers.

If you are looking to stay in Santa Barbara with (4) couples or a family this is the place. Basically beach front only thing standing in your way is an exceptional restaurant. Quick drive up to State Street.
