Spacious living, 1950 square feet overlooking the Wyndham 'Ocean' golf course. Entertain yourselves from the balcony watching play on the most challenging green (# six) of both 'Ocean' and 'River' courses. Within two minutes, walk to the cluster # four community pool. Within 20 minutes, leisurely walk, or drive (five minutes), to the coconut palm lined beach where you can plunge into the 85 degree water of the Atlantic Ocean. Occasionally there are small waves fun for body surfing. Villa guests also share all the amenities of the Windham Rio Mar hotel. Casino, twelve restaurants, two 18 hole golf courses, thirteen tennis courts, four swimming pools, water sports and spa can all be enjoyed without having to leave the property. Leaving the property, you are only twenty minutes from the EL Yunque tropical rain forest. The airport is reached in a half hour and Old San Juan in about 45 minutes.
