Lower Floor:
On the ground floor you will find the first Master Queen Bedroom with ensuite bathroom elderly friendly, that has its own entrance from the street if required. It has an alarm clock, hair dryer and TV with cable.
Follow the entrance porch to the foyer, kitchen fully equipped with all the necessary items to prepare food (rice cooker, manual blander, coffee maker, toaster, Stove, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, ice maker, freezer, pantry, cutlery, dinnerware, pans, pots, drainer, shredder, cutting board, etc). In here there is an additional 2 seating area.
The Dinning room with 6 chairs and a kids high chair.
The great room with big screen TV, DVD, books and movies. Also you will find a working area for your computer.
There is a half bathroom in this floor.
Free wireless internet, free use of stroller and wheelchair.
Upper Floor:
On the upper floor there is the second Master King Bedroom with ensuite bathroom, walk in closet and electronic safety box, alarm clock, hairdryer, hair iron and TV set with cable. This room have access to the balcony.
2 double bedrooms with twin beds, one of them have a fitted wardrobe and the other one a walk in closet. One of the twin rooms has been renewed with a Mickey Mouse Theme, that includes a Playstation 2 and games for their entertainment. The other one has a DVD.
The family bathroom for the use of those two bedrooms.
There is also the washer and drying machine, ironing board, extra towels and bed linens.
Resort:
In the Club House you can relax in the Spa and fitness facilities or in the large swimming pool complex, that includes 2 heated swimming pools, waterfalls, water slide, tiki bar, lazy river and more.
For your convenience there is a Business Center fully equipped.
Also you can bring your laptop and enjoy free speed internet connection in the club house.
You don't have to drive anywhere to retrieve the keys to the home, because it works like an hotel. Keycards are obtained from the reception desk at the clubhouse (open 24 hrs).
For the use of this clubhouse and all its facilities you will be charged in site $10 a day (per townhome-not person)and your credit card will be swiped for an imprint of a refundable damage deposit of $250.00.
No cleaning fees would be charged if you stay 7 or more days.
