Location: British Columbia < Canada

Sonora Pines Estates Vineyards and Guesthouse is located about 20 miles North of the Washington Border or 5 hours East by car from Vancouver, BC . This drive take you thru the Canadian Rocky Mountains The Okanagan Valley has dozens of Vineyards and Wineries and Wine Festivals in the Spring and Fall. There are orchards with cherries, peaches, pears and apples etc.. The area is very scenic with Mountains, Lakes and Rivers. Some activities include cycling, tubing, jogging, The Iron Man ( hosted in Penticton) 20 minutes away, the Half Iron, restaurants, nature walks, wild life watching and more. Penticton has beautiful beaches, restaurants and a casino. This area is somewhat like the Napa Wine Area only nicer!!!!!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Sonora Pines Guest house in Oliver. The unit was clean, spacious and had everything we needed. It overlooks the valley and is close to Oliver and several wineries. It makes a great place to relax after a day of hiking, biking & wine tasting. We hope to come back, it was a fantastic vacation. Thanks Rilla & Rob!

We had a wonderful three nights in this stylish and
very comfortable guest house. Robin and Rilla were
great hosts and very informative about the area.
The guest house was very quiet and well situated in
the centre of wine country. We spent the days wine
tasting and enjoying the local restaurants. We will
definitely be back!

We had a wonderful three nights at the guest house. The house is lovely with new, modern decor and very clean.
Our hosts were excellent and answered all questions regarding the vineyard. We were able to watch the workers picking grapes during our stay.
We toured many wineries, ate at excellent restaurants and rented bikes during our stay.
We would highly recommend the guest house as an excellent get-a-way.

We stayed at this lovely guest house for 3 nights and enjoyed everything about it. The house is beautifully built, furnished and decorated, very comfortable and clean. It has everything you would need and is the perfect getaway for couples, a romantic spot. It's in the heart of the wine country and close to many very good restaurants. The hosts are kind, accomodating and very hospitable. Thank you for a fabulous stay!
