Welcome to Sea Colony. Three Bedrooms and a pull out queen size sleeper will accommodate 8 people. Two full bathrooms upstairs and a powder room downstairs means no lines! Beach chairs and sand toys are available so you don't have to bring them. There are 4 televisions, plenty of movies (DVD and VHS), boardgames and a Sony Playstaion for the kids.

How we found the Delaware Beaches: Like most people, our family discoverd Bethany Beach and Sea Colony through word of mouth. Our first trip a Delaware beach town was to Rehoboth, not Bethany, because we thought we wanted the excitement of a big beach and boardwalk.

Why we chose Bethany Beach: We did not fully anticipate the crowded beach and hectic pace of Rehoboth. Fortunately, the following year we were introduced to Sea Colony and Bethany Beach. Bethany has everything the bigger towns have, just a little less....less crowded, less hectic, less stress = More quality time.

Why Sea Colony instead of a private house: What a difference! A private beach with an outdoor pool just a few steps away, friendly crowds that are not overwhelming, bicycle rides with little or no traffic. We could play tennis, swim at the pool, and sun at the beach in the same morning.....We realized we did not need a big town for our vacation, just quality time among caring people and families looking to relax, just like us.

If you are looking for an easy. comfortable, relaxing vacation for you and your family, this is the place to be! You never have to use your car for the ENTIRE stay since you have a shuttle bus available right outside your door to take you to all the pools, tennis courts, lots of organizaed activiies, and the beach! We loved this unit so much we already booked for next year!
