About Katie McBride
My grandparents built 5 cottages back in the 1950's. They sold 3 of them and two of them are still owned by family. This and one other. We kept the cottage as there are so many memories surrounding Chase's Grove and fun times at the beach and we want our children to grow up with these same memories.
Katie McBride purchased this cottage in 1950
Why Katie McBride chose West Dennis
It has been in the family for generations and we are eager to carry that tradition forward.
What makes this cottage unique
I remember hearing the ocean as we drifted off to sleep as children and that sound stills calms me. I love that you can get up and be at the beach within a few minutes, just walking right down to a private beach.
