We are located on the waters of Tampa way next to a big park, with easy access to the Gulf of Mexico. We are approximately 5 minutes drive to the Gulf Beaches, 10 minutes to downtown St. Petersburg and The Pier, and 25 to 30 minutes to Tampa with it's 'International Plaza' and the International Airport. Grocery stores, banks etc are within 2 miles from the property and the nearest main major shopping center is Tyrone Mall. Bike trail from the house to downtown which is 4 miles from the house. There is casual and fine dining very close . We are minutes away of the Pinellas hiking and biking trail, golf courses, marinas, museums, attractions, and all the major theme parks. We have fishing boat for you to use with a separate contract. There is private beach for you to collect shells in the back yard.

Fishing Trip: We own a 24' fishing boat. We can take you fishing or just a boat ride with an extra charge depending on the time and number of passengers. Details will be discussed after arrival.

Jet Ski: We own Jet ski for two on the dock. You can ride it with an extra charge. Details will be discussed after your arrival.

Cleaning: We will give a clean place and we expect a clean place back. The security deposit will be return to you not more than two week after your departure if everything is in a good condition.

Golf: There are few golf courses close to the property.

Every year we travel to Tampa Bay area for our summer vacation for the last 6 years. My family and I stayed in this place this year. I cannot explain how nice this place is. Everything that we needed for a vacation was there. Kids loved the pool with the slide and diving board. We could catch fish right off the dock with the fishing rods that was provided by the owner to us. Manatees are staying there all the time. Dolphins come and go; you just need to look for them. Beautiful birds were coming to the pool area all the time. The house is so clean. We cooked and BQ all the time without any problem. Everything we needed for a luxury living was there. The owners were very nice and friendly. They helped us a lot. We have already booked this place for our next vacation with them in 2010. I don’t want to go anywhere else.

Nice hideaway!

We spent about a week in this beautiful house near St Petersburg in December 2009.
The house has all the amenities you need for making a comfortable home away from home (cooking facilities, nice rooms, pool table, garden and superb view).
We loved the dolphins that we could spot a couple of times in the week, this make the place really special.
It was fun to use the canoe and we also enjoyed fishing from the dock.
Beds are also very good.
We got good advice from Ziba the first night on places to go (buy groceries, places to eat etc).
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Romantic Getaway

Amazing Experience

I spent three weeks in this house for my birthday in May 2008. I had an amazing experience. My family and I got to see the dolphins and manatees off the dock and while sitting in the sunroom and looking out the window. The pool was definitely popular. There is also a beautiful white sandy beach in the backyard. There were also several great shopping centres nearby. I would highly recommend this house to families with children and young teenagers or those who would like to just enjoy some great weather and a wonderful view of the ocean in a quiet neighbourhood.

Great home for family

This rental was great for my family. We had 6 children with us (11-16), and everyone loved the pool! It was close to beaches and attractions in the area. We enjoyed fishing off of the dock, and being so close to the water. The owners were very quick to respond to any questions before we arrived, and were very accomodating. The house was very clean and well-maintained. Having the washer and dryer to use was a big help. The Wi-Fi worked great for all of our lap tops. The only complaint my girls had was that it only had 1 t.v. It was a nice house, and we had a wonderful vacation there.

Wonderful family getaway!

This home was perfect for our family's vacation! The location was very convenient to grocery stores, Busch Gardens, Ft. DeSoto Beach and St. Pete Beach. The Orlando attractions are an easy drive as well. The home was clean and the linens smelled so fresh. The pool was a welcome spot every day and the diving board was a big hit with our teenagers. The fishing was fantastic off the pier and from the park next door. Our boys caught all kinds of different fish. One of the most exciting sights were the manatees we saw every day from the boat dock!! We would highly recommend this home for a family who is looking for down time and close proximity to nearby attractions.
