Come visit beautiful St Simon's Island's East Beach and stay in this cheerful two bedroom apartment. This is a fully furnished 2 bedroom apartment. Kitchen has all utensils and cookware, along with all appliances. Living room has huge big screen HDTV, and there is a dining room with a table that seats 6 . This is a downstairs apartment in a private home. You have private outside entrance--there is no inside entrance between upstairs and downstairs apartments. These are two totally separate living spaces. To get to the beach, just walk out the door and stroll a few yards to the pathway through sand dunes and beautiful beach landscaping compliments of 'Mother Nature'. Nice sized yard with beautiful old oak trees and palms.

If given permission, there will be a pet deposit of $300 that will be refunded upon check out if there are no damages/odor/losses due to the pets. Deposit may be used for carpet cleaning and/or furniture cleaning and repairs. If pets are discovered without permission, tenents may be asked to vacate the apartment and will be charged for any damages/carpet cleaning/furniture cleaning necessary.
