“High Point” is a not-to-be-missed, beautifully-furnished and roomy home – child-proof, and perfect for families with young children. The house is comfortable and easy to care for, and weekly cleaning service is included in the rent. In addition to having both heat and air conditioning, it is fully-equipped, and also boasts an upright Steinway piano. Its open floor plan, sun room, and three furnished outdoor decks (with grill and outside shower) all make for fun entertaining. “High Point” is located in a quiet section of Quidnet, abutting the Mass. Audubon conservation land, and has sweeping views of Sankaty lighthouse, the Atlantic Ocean and distant moors. The house itself is surrounded by a large lawn, with a swing set and a flag pole. The property is within walking distance of two unique Quidnet beaches – one, on the large, salt-water Sesachacha Pond; the other, directly on the ocean. All in all, both “High Point” and Quidnet are magical.

Surrrounded by conservation land, it is the perfect location for a peaceful get-away and features a unique, meditative labarynth. Wthin walking distance of wonderful family beach on salt-water Sesachacha Pond -- perfect for small children, with sailing, kayaking and wind surfing. Great bird watching and berry picking, as well as scallopping in the fall. Plenty of available parking space at the house, as well as a garage full of beach equipment, children’s bikes and toys. Wireless internet, cable TV and fax.
