Ground Level:
Our condo is the end unit away from the road (minimizes the noise from vehicles and vacationers). The garage at the entry level has been converted into a seating area with comfortable wicker furniture and some adult games and children's books. A toilet, sink and an indoor shower on the ground level makes it very convenient to clean-up upon returning from the beach. There is also an outside shower at the back of the building for those very messy instances. A 100+ video library is also housed at the ground level. You will find a good variety that appeals to both adults and kids (at least that is what we think!). Finally, an adult and a kids bike are available for sightseeing trips around Old Orchard Beach.
First Floor:
The main living area, dining area and the kitchen are on the first floor. The kitchen includes all modern appliances and adequate dishware and silverware. The living area includes a comfortable sofa bed, 27 inch color cable television, DVD player, VCR, and a CD/Tape stereo system. The dining area includes a dining table and 4 chairs. A booster seat, if needed, can be founded on the shelf at the ground level. A hard-wired high speed internet connection is also provided.
Second Floor:
Two bedrooms and a full bath with shower are on the second floor. A crib is available in one of the bedrooms. One bedroom has a window air conditioner, while a window fan is in the second bedroom. Frankly, we have never felt the need to use the air conditioner. The window fan, when kept on, does an adequate job of cooling the entire floor.
