Adjacent to the central living room is a fully equipped kitchen, separate office and laundry nook. At either end of the house is a queen size bedroom each with plenty of closet space, and sliding patio doors to the ocean view deck. Each bedroom has a three-piece bathroom at its door. The lower level has a third queen size bedroom adjacent to an exercise and entertainment room featuring an infrared sauna, a Foosball Table, StairMaster, bench press, weights and “body opponent” punching bag.
From the deck, the house enjoys unobstructed views of the lake and the ocean. A boardwalk connecting the deck to the dock, beach chairs and a BBQ complete the perfect picture. Enjoy stunning sunrises, unspoiled scenery and the abundance of wildlife that drop by for a visit.
So pack your suitcases and enjoy secluded living and the sense of total privacy, peace and quiet. Just like a dream! Please note: Red Head Beach is not a private beach there is a public path at the other end of the beach.
The closest town is the charming historic town of Shelburne. Set on a truly spectacular harbour unspoiled by industry or shipping. Across the harbour from the town is Island's Provincial Park. Shelburne has a number of great restaurants, nteresting museums, a theatre, sailing school and all the amenities of a small town.
